Commentary & Insight
Deal activity remained strong this week, with six new domestic transactions reported, including two by international buyers continuing their expansion into the U.S. Deals were recorded across IL, OR, TX, TN, and MT. Internationally, New Zealand led with two new deals, complemented by new activity in Italy, the Netherlands, Argentina, and Australia.
