Lochner merges with Egis; Atwell acquires in WA in another busy week for M&A

The merger of Lochner, one of the U.S industry’s most recognized firms, with global player Egis, marks a major step in Egis’ expansion into the U.S. market. The deal leverages Lochner’s deep expertise in aviation, surface transportation, and water infrastructure across 22 states.

Additional domestic deals were announced in Alabama in the South, and in CA, MN, VA, NC, UT, and NY.
