Industry deal activity remained active this week, highlighted by a strategic investment in a Southeast-based power infrastructure and advisory firm. Additional domestic transactions were reported in TX, NJ, FL, PA, OR, TN, and MN. Globally, six deals were announced in Canada, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Norway, and Colombia.
