This week we report a total of nine domestic transactions with consolidation taking place in California, Minnesota, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Illinois, and Louisiana. Four new international transactions were announced in Brazil, the UK, the Netherlands, and South Africa.

Industry leader (and Morrissey Goodale buy-side client) Verdantas (Dublin, OH) (ENR #195) announced the acquisition of Leighton Group (Irvine, CA) (ENR #386), an environmental, geotechnical, and materials testing firm.
