M&A Update: Deals in TX, LA, NJ, MA, CO, WA, and NY; Activity up 21%

This week we report on eight new domestic deals, five of which involve private equity. Domestic M&A is up 21% over the past twelve months. Global M&A is up 22% with new deals reported in New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.
