U.S. M&A up 6%; eight domestic transactions

The pace of M&A activity continues to increase, with 17 new transactions announced both in the U.S. and abroad. This week, we report on three new deals in the western U.S. Internationally, we reported transactions in the UK, Netherlands, France, Canada, Australia, and Sweden.
