Featured deal in WA; Two more ENR Top 500 ranked firms sold

This week sees the 27th and 28th ENR Top 500 ranked firms to be sold or recapitalized this year. A total of seven domestic deals were announced in WA, NY, NJ, CT, and TX. Globally, we report seven deals in France and the UK.
