Natick, MA (January 14, 2026) – WSB, a rapidly expanding national infrastructure engineering and consulting firm, acquired NEO Virtus Engineering, an engineering consultancy recognized for its specialized work in photovoltaic and energy storage system design.
The combination broadens WSB’s capabilities in the power and energy sector, enabling the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions across the entire project lifecycle for utility and renewable energy clients nationwide.
Established in 2001 and based in Littleton, Massachusetts, NEO Virtus Engineering adds a team of experienced professionals providing services such as PV and battery energy storage design, owner’s engineering, power system and protection studies, control engineering, witness testing, and advanced solar analytics.
