WSB Acquires CAS Consulting & Services

Natick, MA (October 7, 2025) – WSB, one of the nation’s fastest-growing infrastructure engineering and consulting firms, has acquired CAS Consulting & Services, Inc. (“CAS”), a civil engineering firm based in Austin, Texas, known for its specialized expertise in water, wastewater, and water resources engineering, as well as transportation engineering and program and construction management.

This strategic acquisition strengthens WSB’s service capabilities and deepens its presence across Texas and the southwestern United States. With the addition of CAS, WSB gains four offices and 38 employees, expanding to 50 offices nationwide and more than 1,500 employees serving clients across the government, commercial, and energy markets.
