Natick, MA (July 18, 2024) – Employee-owned company Weston & Sampson acquired MBD Consulting Engineers, P.A., a firm that provides a range of civil engineering services, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment, to a diverse clientele that includes public and private sectors.
The strategic acquisition of MBD bolsters Weston & Sampson’s existing teams in Apex, North Carolina; and Columbia, Greenville, and North Charleston, South Carolina, allowing the firm to better serve clients across the region. This collaboration strengthens Weston & Sampson’s capabilities and enhances its ability to deliver exceptional engineering solutions in these areas.
Established in 2007, MBD brings an impressive portfolio that spans a wide range of projects, including planning, design, permitting, and operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems.
