Prior to joining Morrissey Goodale, Rex held leadership roles at Trilon Group and AECOM, where he:

Led enterprise AI and knowledge initiatives supporting 1,500+ users globally
Developed and executed growth strategies across large AEC organizations
Improved performance across complex, multi-service operations
Supported M&A integration and value creation efforts
