Natick, MA (December 31, 2024) – Baxter & Woodman, Inc. announces the acquisition of Florida-based engineering firm Tocoi Engineering, expanding their presence in Florida to include four locations. Effective January 1st, 2025, Tocoi Engineering will operate as Tocoi Engineering, a Baxter & Woodman company.
