Natick, MA (November 5, 2024) – Quality Engineering Solutions, Inc. (QES) and KDG Construction Consulting (KDG) are pleased to announce the acquisition of T.W. Consultants, Inc. (TWC) and T.W. Engineering, Inc. (TWE).
This move marks another significant investment in the Mid-Atlantic and an important milestone for QES and KDG in their growth across Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.
TWC provides construction inspection services, complementing and expanding QES’ existing offerings across Pennsylvania. TWE provides civil engineering and professional land surveying services, enhancing QES’ technical services platform. Effective November 1, 2024, TWE merged into TWC, and the two firms are now a single entity.
