Natick, MA (February 13, 2026) – Nobis Group, an engineering and environmental consulting firm, acquired Northeast Civil Solutions, Inc. (NCS), a land surveying, civil engineering, and land planning firm headquartered in Scarborough, Maine.

Founded in 1992, NCS provides a comprehensive range of services including land surveying, site and civil engineering, traffic engineering, wetlands and soils science, land planning, and federal and state permitting. The acquisition supports Nobis Group’s broader strategy to expand its service offerings throughout New England.
