Natick, MA (December 8, 2025) – MSA Professional Services, Inc. (MSA), a 100% employee-owned consulting firm, acquired Haddad Engineering, Inc., a Jacksonville-based company recognized for its expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering.
This strategic move unites MSA’s extensive resources with Haddad’s strong regional presence, enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions and outstanding client service across Florida and beyond.
Established in 1984, Haddad Engineering has earned a reputation for technical precision, forward-thinking design, and client-centered results throughout northeastern Florida. With more than 40 years of experience, the firm provides comprehensive engineering services for commercial, educational, healthcare, residential, recreational, and municipal projects.
