obrARCHITECTURE

Natick, MA (November 20, 2025) – Lionakis, a multi-discipline firm specializing in architecture, structural engineering, and interior design, has acquired obrARCHITECTURE (“obr”), a San Diego–based architecture and planning firm.

This merger brings together two firms with strong California roots and a shared commitment to creating meaningful community impact across the education, civic, commercial/hospitality, and healthcare sectors.

The obr team will help expand Lionakis’ presence in key regional markets and strengthen the firm’s ability to broaden its service offerings. Lionakis’ San Diego-based team members will relocate to obr’s North Park office as part of the integration.
