Natick, MA (October 31, 2025) – Architecture and planning firm Legat has acquired Studio 3 Design, a Fishers, Indiana–based architectural and interior design practice that specializes in the corporate, healthcare, retail, entertainment, and multi-family sectors.
The acquisition helps Legat strengthen its footprint in the Midwest corridor—connecting its Chicago and Ohio studios with Indiana, and expanding its cross-state project reach and client networks throughout the region.
Founded in 2000, Studio 3 Design is a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) with a hands-on leadership team and a reputation for creative, client-driven design in both new construction and renovation projects.
Both firms share deep experience in multi-family development, healthcare facilities and retail environments, making this a strategic merger of complementary expertise and markets.
