Natick, MA (January 16, 2024) – Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT), an employee owned, multi-disciplined firm offering planning, design, and construction phase consulting services, acquired Structural Engineering Associates (SEA), a structural engineering firm based in San Antonio, TX. This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion of JMT’s presence in the Texas market and enhances its comprehensive suite of engineering services.
