Natick, MA (December 14, 2023) – GRP Engineering, a power utility consulting and electrical engineering firm delivering electrical design and construction administration services, joined Verdantas, a private-equity-backed firm specializing in environmental consulting, sustainable engineering, modeling and digital technology. Based in Petoskey, Michigan, GRP serves a diverse array of clients within the power market, including electric cooperatives, municipalities, investor-owned utilities, plus industrial and commercial entities.
