Foth Acquires Olsen Associates

Natick, MA (July 16, 2024) – Foth, a science, engineering, and technology services firm, acquired Olsen Associates, Inc., a coastal engineering firm based in Jacksonville, Florida. This strategic acquisition will combine the strengths of both firms to provide unparalleled service offerings, enhance growth opportunities, and expand geographic reach.

Olsen’s experience over the last 42 years with coastal modeling, beach and inlet management, sediment transport, environmental permitting, and coastal resiliency in the southeast United States, Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Pacific, and Indian Oceans is a complement to Foth’s strong presence in the United States’ northeast, west, and central/fresh coastal regions.
