Natick, MA (December 4, 2025) – Faller, Davis & Associates, Inc. (FDA), a Florida-based civil engineering firm specializing in transportation and environmental services, has joined PRIME AE Group, a multidisciplinary engineering and architecture firm.

The transaction expands PRIME AE’s footprint in Florida and supports continued growth across the Southeast, strengthening the firm’s capacity to serve public-sector infrastructure programs throughout the region.

Established in 1985 and headquartered in Tampa, FDA brings decades of experience delivering transportation-focused solutions, including roadway and drainage design, traffic operations and safety analysis, environmental permitting, wildlife surveys, and construction and maintenance management. The firm’s strong local knowledge and technical capabilities complement PRIME AE’s integrated service offerings.
