Natick, MA (July 8, 2026) – Exodigo, a leading subsurface intelligence and AI-engineering company, has acquired V&A, Inc., a Southern California-based civil engineering consulting firm. The deal brings together two highly complementary organizations, combining deep engineering expertise with cutting-edge AI-powered infrastructure solutions.
