Natick, MA (September 28, 2023) – National architecture firm Cooper Carry acquired 505Design, a design and architecture firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.

Natick, MA (September 20, 2023) – Cooper Carry, a national architecture firm with experience in hotel design, multifamily design, restaurant and bar design, office design, K-12 design, university design, urban planning, and landscape design, acquired 505Design, a design and architecture firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
505Design specializes in mixed-use developments, as well as retail-only and residential-only projects. Cooper Carry will grow from 320 to 360 employees as a result of the deal and expand its office footprint to Boulder, Colorado, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Kyle Reis, CEO at Cooper Carry, said in a news release that 505Design will help his firm “infuse the design of places with the kind of connectivity, story and emotion that leads to long-term return on investment for our clients.”
