City Point Partners Joins HDR

Natick, MA (December 7, 2023) – City Point Partners, a construction services firm supporting private and public clients, and serving the engineering and construction industries, joined HDR, an engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services firm.

The two firms have worked together on projects for several years. Most notably, they have collaborated on many Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority projects. City Point Partners is a program management company specializing in project controls, public outreach, construction services and owner’s project management. Its team also has years of experience in higher education and municipal markets and was recognized as one of Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work.

The strategic partnership complements HDR’s collaborative full life cycle approach. “City Point Partners brings a wealth of expertise that will enhance HDR’s core services,” said HDR Chairman and CEO Eric Keen. “Together, we will provide our clients with a team that will improve infrastructure development in the New England region.”

Colleen Moore, president and founder of City Point Partners, will join HDR as a vice president.
