Natick, MA (December 8, 2025) – Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (“Bowman”) has acquired Houston-based RPT Alliance (“RPT”), a leading designer of natural gas transmission facilities and power generation infrastructure.
This acquisition strengthens Bowman’s power and utilities practice, expanding its ability to deliver scalable, high-value services for markets driving the modern energy transition.
RPT is nationally recognized for its expertise in designing natural gas transmission systems and power generation solutions for data centers and industrial operators navigating electrification challenges.
