Natick, MA (December 10, 2025) – Baxter & Woodman, Inc., an infrastructure planning, design, and construction firm, has acquired McCranie & Associates, a Florida-based engineering firm.
With the acquisition, Baxter & Woodman expands its presence in Florida to include five locations. The firm will now operate as M&A, a Baxter & Woodman company.
