ARM Group Acquires Resource International

Natick, MA (August 9, 2023) – ARM Group, a science and engineering firm that provides civil/environmental, electrical/automation, and technical field services in the Mid-Atlantic region, acquired Resource International, a firm specializing in civil/environmental engineering, surveying, and environmental consulting. Resource International will become “ARM Resource.”

Resource International is comprised of approximately 25 talented engineers, surveyors, scientists, and support staff. In addition to building upon the strong reputation and client relationships Resource International has been fostering since 1979, this acquisition will enable ARM to further expand its solid waste, renewable energy, geo-environmental, and other key practices into the Virginia market.

The acquisition will also enable ARM to better serve its Mid-Atlantic customers while providing additional capacity and resources across the combined organization.

Mr. Mike Fiore, P.E. founded Resource International and will serve as the Regional Office Manager and Principal Engineer for ARM Resource. Mr. Fiore has more than 40 years of consulting engineering and leadership experience. Mr. Scott Courtney, P.E., will lead ARM Resource’s Civil & Survey Practice Area, while John Bartenstein, P.L.S., will head up the Surveying Service Group.
