Natick, MA (September 2, 2025) – Ardurra Group, Inc. (“Ardurra”), a leading engineering and design firm serving public and private clients, has acquired J.R. Wauford & Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc. (“J.R. Wauford”), a highly respected Nashville-based water and wastewater engineering firm. The acquisition strengthens Ardurra’s ability to deliver innovative solutions and expanded services to communities across Tennessee and the surrounding region.
Founded in 1956, J.R. Wauford has built a strong reputation for providing planning, consulting, design, and construction services across all phases of water and wastewater systems. With its headquarters in Nashville and additional offices in Jackson and Maryville, the firm has nearly 70 years of experience serving municipalities and utilities with technical excellence and trusted client relationships.
