For the past 25 years, Mick has been advising U.S. and global AE & Environmental firm leadership teams. His focus is in the areas of strategy, organizational development, and executive team performance. Prior to co-founding Morrissey Goodale, Mick was Director of Strategic Growth for PBS&J.
Mick received an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 1994 and a BS in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin in 1986. He is a graduate of Belvedere College in Dublin, Ireland.

KP Reddy is the Founder and CEO of Shadow Ventures, a seed-stage technology investment firm, and Shadow Partners, an innovation advisory firm for the AEC industry. He is a globally recognized authority in AEC environments, AI, robotics, automation, mobile applications, and cloud computing. KP is a Civil Engineer by background (BS, Georgia Institute of Technology) and wrote the textbook on BIM with his book: BIM for Building Owners and Developers.
