Advanced Earth Sciences Joins Verdantas 

Natick, MA (April 9, 2025) –  Advanced Earth Sciences, Inc. (“AES”), a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm serving Southern California, joined Verdantas, a consulting firm delivering digitally enabled technical solutions for the environment, water, and energy transition markets. 

Founded in 1995, AES offers multidisciplinary services to clients in both the public and private sectors. These services include civil, geotechnical, groundwater, environmental, and solid waste engineering, as well as construction management and construction quality assurance. 

The transaction is part of Verdantas’ broader strategic expansion, which included four additional acquisitions across seven states. The other firms acquired include Horizons Engineering, Inc., Aqua Engineering Inc., Atlantic Resource Consultants, LLC (“ARC”), and Atlantic Environmental Consulting Services, LLC.
