Stafford Palmieri

Principal Advisor

Stafford specializes in market research, strategic planning, and business development operations. She works with and advises architecture, engineering, and construction firms on optimal market positioning, best practice executive-level strategic planning, and sales/business development process optimization to improve ROI for non-billable time spent on these activities.

Prior to working with Morrissey Goodale, Stafford led business development operations for the Americas Design Consulting Services (DCS) business of AECOM, a global Fortune 500 AEC firm. In that capacity, she developed and led support for DCS’ sales teams including the development and execution of sales training, strategic marketing analytics, and performance management metrics. She also led a global redesign for its internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve data quality and adoption and the development of a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy for key data. Previously, she served as Commissioner of Administration for the State of Louisiana, the state’s chief financial and administrative officer. Amongst other things, the Commissioner oversees the state’s capital outlay process and sits on the state’s Bond Commission, which approves tax-exempt bond sales to fund state infrastructure projects.

Stafford holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School.
