M&A activity remained steady this week, with 16 total transactions across domestic and international markets. In the U.S., 12 deals took place across WA, OR, IL, ID, MN, WI, CO, MS, TX, and CT, with activity showing strength in the Western and Midwest regions. Internationally, four transactions were reported in the UK, Switzerland, Spain, and Australia.
