Natick, MA (June 3, 2026) – Littlejohn & Co. has acquired Milrose Consultants from Southfield Capital. Milrose is engaged in providing building regulatory, code compliance, permitting, and consulting services.

Milrose Consultants was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in New York City. The firm offers services across the building lifecycle, including permitting, architectural and engineering consulting, code consulting, municipal compliance, and special inspections.
