Four deals in the Southern U.S. lead M&A activity: Last week, deal activity was concentrated in the U.S. with eight domestic transactions. Activity was led by the Southern U.S. with multiple deals occurring across TX, NC, TN, and FL. Additional transactions took place in ME, MN, and OH. No international deals were reported last week.
