Rex White leads strategy engagements at Morrissey Goodale, working with AE and environmental consulting firms on growth strategy, operating model design, M&A integration, and execution alignment. He helps leadership teams move from strategic direction to practical action, translating priorities into the organizational and operational changes that drive measurable outcomes.

Rex brings particular expertise in applying data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making in professional services environments. Before joining Morrissey Goodale, he held leadership roles at Trilon Group and AECOM, where he led global initiatives spanning project delivery, commercial innovation, and digital transformation, including the deployment of a generative AI platform to more than 1,500 users across six continents. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
