Vice President, Strategy

Rex White is a Vice President in Morrissey Goodale’s Strategy practice, where he works with AE and environmental consulting firms to develop growth strategies, improve operational performance, and align organizations around clear, executable priorities. His work focuses on helping leadership teams translate strategic direction into practical actions that drive measurable results.

Rex brings experience across strategy, operations, and technology, advising firms on growth strategy, operating model design, M&A integration, and execution alignment. He has particular expertise in the application of data, analytics, and AI to improve decision-making and performance within professional services organizations.

Prior to Morrissey Goodale, Rex held leadership roles at Trilon Group and AECOM. At Trilon, he led operational improvement initiatives, developed growth plans, and supported integration efforts across a multi-service engineering platform. At AECOM, he led global initiatives spanning project delivery, commercial innovation, digital transformation, and AI, including deploying a generative AI platform to 1,500+ users across six continents.
