Paul is a management consultant with a demonstrated track record in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and strategic planning and advises clients on a full range of financial advisory engagements.

Before Morrissey Goodale, Paul served as a M&A investment banker within Barclays’ Global Healthcare Group where he advised on M&A, financing, and capital market transactions. 

Before Barclays, Paul spent five years on the buy-side, first in private equity for the BIT Fund where he co-led dispositions, asset management and joint-venture investments for the fund’s $5.5bn portfolio. Prior to that, he served on the boards of institutional investors as an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer on behalf of PNC Institutional Asset Management. 

Paul earned his Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with high distinction. He also received his Bachelor of Science from UNC Chapel Hill Kenan Flagler Business School where he was a Gates Millennium Scholar. As the son of immigrants, Paul believes in the “Motto” “I can only be what I can only see” and is a proponent of mentorship and a proud volunteer for the Boys and Girls Club.
