Nick Belitz leads firm-wide Advisory Services at Morrissey Goodale, serving as a trusted advisor to AE firm owners and executives facing critical strategic decisions. Whether guiding a sale, evaluating an acquisition, or pursuing long-term growth, he helps clients navigate complexity, assess opportunities, and achieve outcomes that support their vision for the future. Nick brings deep expertise in financial analysis, deal structure, and strategic business analysis, and remains actively involved throughout the transaction process from initial strategy through closing.

Before joining Morrissey Goodale, Nick held roles spanning energy analytics at Encana Oil & Gas, real estate development with Ascendant Development Corporation, where he oversaw light industrial projects totaling $72 million in capitalization, and residential development at Toll Brothers, managing communities representing $40 million in revenue. He began his advisory career at ZweigWhite, where he specialized in strategic business planning, M&A, and financial advisory for design firms and construction companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BA cum laude from Boston College, and the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
