Nate Wentworth advises AE firm leaders on mergers, acquisitions, and business valuation, helping clients identify opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and execute transactions that strengthen their firms for the long term. He works closely with buyers and sellers throughout the deal process, providing strategic guidance, market insight, and disciplined transaction support. His deep understanding of the AE industry and M&A process helps clients pursue opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance with a concentration in Finance from Bridgewater State University, and carries three professional credentials: Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute.
