Katharine Van Leer brings more than 15 years of client development and management experience to her work in M&A advisory at Morrissey Goodale, with a career rooted entirely in the AEC space. She works with firm leaders on both sides of a transaction, helping clients build the relationships, market presence, and strategic positioning that lead to better outcomes.

Before joining Morrissey Goodale, she served as Director of Client Development at Thinc Strategy and earlier founded a boutique communications agency in New York, working with clients across multiple industries on business strategy and market visibility. Katharine is a graduate of Denison University and is a regular moderator and presenter at Morrissey Goodale Symposiums and ACEC conferences.
