Brendon Cussio leads transaction strategy and execution at Morrissey Goodale, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the deal process. He and his team have initiated and advised on more than 160 sell-side and 180 buy-side engagements for AE and environmental consulting firms.

Working closely with buyers and sellers, Brendon helps clients navigate complex negotiations, evaluate critical decisions, and manage the details that can influence outcomes. His combination of transaction expertise, financial discipline, and client advocacy helps ensure that opportunities are fully realized and transactions remain on course from initial discussions through closing. Before joining Morrissey Goodale, he held executive leadership roles across multiple industries, including information services, technology, finance, compliance, and energy. He holds an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University.
