Alexander (“Allie”) Tepper, PhD
Principal Advisor
Allie Tepper is a Principal Advisor with Morrissey Goodale, specializing in internal ownership transition, firm valuation, and incentive compensation. Since beginning his work with the firm in 2015, he has advised dozens of AE firms on ownership transitions and external sales, developed incentive compensation structures, and guided firm leaders through the financial complexities that arise when evaluating strategic options.
A skilled financial modeler, Allie is particularly valued for his ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable terms for firm owners and principals.
Earlier in his career, Allie worked as a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman, advising Fortune 500 financial institutions on risk management, and as an investment banking Associate at Credit Suisse, where he analyzed business plans, built detailed financial projections, and structured contracts to align incentives and surface value. He holds a BA in Physics cum laude from Princeton University, a PhD in Economics from the University of Oxford, and an MArch from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
