Verisk signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keystone Aerial Surveys

Data analytics and risk assessment firm Verisk (Jersey City, NJ) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keystone Aerial Surveys (Philadelphia, PA). Keystone is the U.S. aerial survey business of PASCO CORPORATION (Tokyo, Japan).
