ENR’s #66 ranked international design firm Dorsch Holding (Frankfurt, Germany) (private equity partner RAG-Stiftung Beteiligungsgesellschaft) acquired GRE Gauff Rail Engineering (Berlin, Germany), a leading planner of complex railway projects.
