Brendon is a Principal in the M&A Advisory practice. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services for AE and environmental consulting firms. He and his team have initiated and/or advised on over three hundred transactions.

Previously, Brendon served in several executive leadership roles spanning across multiple industries including information services, technology, finance, compliance, and energy. Brendon is most passionate about working with his clients on complex business and financial problems as well as supporting their strategic growth and ownership transition initiatives.
