Atwell Acquires Karins and Associates

Natick, MA (January 22, 2024) – Atwell, a national consulting, engineering, and construction services firm, acquired Karins and Associates, an engineering, surveying, and planning firm with locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. The acquisition continues to strengthen Atwell’s resources and capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic.

Operating in the Mid-Atlantic since 1973, Karins serves a diverse group of clients with its more than 50 employees. The addition of Karins will expand Atwell’s engineering and surveying services within land development, transportation, water resources, and public works throughout the region.
