Denver Office Leader

Job Description

A privately held engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a senior level professional engineer with a land development/site civil background to lead and grow their office in Denver, CO.

  • Manage project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and private development clients
  • Mentor and supervise staff
  • Review the design aspects of projects which will include site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices and utilities
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, from conceptual design phases, through regulatory review process, bidding, and construction
  • Interface with new and existing clients to market services
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Ability to develop client relationships and win work
  • An existing network of business relationships in the Denver area
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor other professionals
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
