Job Description
A privately held engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a senior level professional engineer with a land development/site civil background to lead and grow their office in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and private development clients
- Mentor and supervise staff
- Review the design aspects of projects which will include site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices and utilities
- Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials
- Oversee projects from start to finish, from conceptual design phases, through regulatory review process, bidding, and construction
- Interface with new and existing clients to market services
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience
- Ability to manage projects
- Ability to develop client relationships and win work
- An existing network of business relationships in the Denver area
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor other professionals
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
