The Post Oak Hotel is the only Texas Forbes Five-Star Hotel and Spa and Houston’s only AAA Five-Diamond destination. The hotel’s 10-acre property is prominently located in Houston’s tony Post Oak Uptown area, just steps away from The Galleria shopping mecca and a short drive to downtown Houston.

The Post Oak requires a first night’s deposit of room and tax, per room, to guarantee individual reservations. Group room rate is $379. Guests must reserve rooms under the group’s reservation due date on September 16. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on rate availability. The hotel accepts all major credit cards for the deposit and the credit card will be charged for the stipulated room and tax at the time of reservation. Guests may cancel individual reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty to the individual. Cancellations received inside of 72 hours of arrival will forfeit first night room and tax deposit.

Guests may also make reservations by calling the hotel’s Reservations Department at 844-386-1600. To obtain the group rate, guests must identify themselves as being with the Texas and the South M&A and Business Symposium.
