The Mandarin Oriental requires a first night’s deposit of room and tax, per room, to guarantee individual reservations. Group room rate is $469. Guests must reserve rooms under the group’s reservation due date on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on rate availability. The hotel accepts all major credit cards for the deposit and the credit card will be charged for the stipulated room and tax at the time of reservation. Guests may cancel individual reservations up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty to the individual. Cancellations received inside of 72 hours of arrival will forfeit first night room and tax deposit.
