Prior to working with Morrissey Goodale, Irene gained 20+ years of outreach, messaging, and business development experience with firms such as 3M Company and with a business development consulting firm.

Irene received an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a BBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
