Morrissey Goodale LLC, the leading consulting and M&A advisory firm to the architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting industry, is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Controller to support our financial operations. This role is primarily focused on accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), and other essential bookkeeping functions, with potential for more.

You’ll be working alongside our CFO/Business Manager, who will continue to oversee financial operations, so this role is currently about handling the basics— keeping invoices moving, payments on track, and records accurate.

What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and tracking client payments
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
• Assist with basic financial reporting and data entry
• Maintain accurate records in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in A/R, A/P, and general bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint (required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
• Solid communication skills and a team-player attitude
